This is just a short vid of Strawberry and Kiwi Bikini eating some anacharis. I allways like to see them do stuff underwater other than swimming :D

Very nice :)

I noticed the male has a stubby tail, has it always been like that? It's possible it was bitten earlier.

Yeah, they totally love it. They eat every little piece they can find.
@ Steve: i actually saw it happen when Kiwi Bikini was on the rock with just his tail sticking in the water....Strawberry came by and snapped...i freaked but Kiwi Bikini didn't... I'm stilled bummed out about it..but it doesn't seem to bother him..

Very nice video of your turtles! I would love to have my tank looking like that with the sand and the fish and anacharis. Right now my tank is pretty bare on the bottom as far as rocks but their are a few and I have water hyacinths in my tank, which makes it pretty messy. I just can't seem to find anacharis :-/ Wish I could though. Hopefully when I get my new tank set up I can add sand to it and a couple of fish. What kind of fish are those anyway? I just dont really know what kind to put in my tank with Red. :) Love your tank and your turts!

@ redforman: Thanx for the compliment :) The fish in the tank are just plain guppies. I just bought a few of those because they are cheap. Because I didn't know for sure if they would get eaten. The turtles only got the slow one... And now that they are in the tank I'm seeing that they have beautifull colors, so that's a big plus :) And they help to keep the tank clean.

@ sflemin2: I live in the Netherlands and over here anarcharis is sold in literally every pet store, I just keep a bunch in a large vase in my kitchen window and put a little piece in with the turtles everyday. Because otherwise the turtles would try to eat everything at once ;)
