The gravel looks too small. You should remove it ASAP, they could eat it and if they cannot pass it, they could die... it just happened to one of our members a little while ago .. Try some river rock that is bigger than their head, that they can definetely not swallow.

Dang to bad that site you said doesn't ship to Canada I would've ordered right away. Check out those prices!! I saw a filter here in canada that was the same one on the site that you said but It's 50 dollars cheaper!
