I think she is a Central American Wood Turtle.

Way to go! Pretty turtle, very unusual colors. Different from a RES. Is Baby a water turtle or a land turtle?

It does look like a Central American Wood Turtle / Painted Wood Turtle (and a very nice one at that!)
