Thank you for the nice comment. Yes this is Lou one of the 2 that just woke up from hibernation. We are so glad that it all went well and that she is now back to socialize with us. As We said we have had her for 8 years now since she was a "greenie" and are very attached. When we get in to clean the pond she is always right there to help. Swimming or just floating right there beside us helping. She is quite an amazingly social turtle. We are so glad we were able to build the pond for her knowing she is much happier there. We will post some more pics. of her after we get the pond cleaned up from the winter hibernation. It is quite mucky in there.
Anytime you see a turtle up on top of a fence post, you know he had some help.
