It was a warm and sunny day today so I decided to let Serra go outside for probably the first time in her entire life! ( I doubt they took turtles for walks in the pet store ) She was VERY enthusiastic, running everywhere, smelling things...I only had three pics that were not blurry!

After walking around, I put her in her feeding tub outside and fed her a worm and an ant. She didn't like the ant, though! Turtles can be pretty picky!

Very nice! She blends in very well.. gotta keep an extra eye on her :D

The earthworms are fine, but you can skip the ant...

Be sure to watch her extra careful when she is outside!

She is gorgeous, i hope you two share a long and healthy life together. :D

I think it might still be a bit cool in Vancouver to be letting him/her outside for any length of time though...

How beautiful! Great looking turtle! I havent taken Tobi out yet either. And she is 4... poor girl; its warm enough here now, so maybe we will go! :)

no, she's not a RES. She's suspected to be half Yellow-bellied Slider, half Peninsula Cooter
