There was one day, she was placed on the floor to go around the house.

She got around the fridge and I was about to get somthing out of the fridge.

Ever since, she would hang around the fridge when she has the chance to go around the house.

She would use the puppy's eyes, begging for food.

The kitchen's light is always on, when I am preparing the vege for her. She could just see the light from her tank.

So she would be expecting food, every time when the kitchen's light is on.

You know, it takes a while to wash the vege, and picking out the baby leafs since they are her favorites.

But she would always rushing me by swimming and splashing around the edge of the tank.

I think your turtle is Sheba's long lost sister.

Every time Sheba is out, if I open a cabinet or the fridge, she comes runnin' & somehow knows food is being prepared (whether it is for her or not). At times she gets between the door & fridge (when I have the door open & am digging for what I need) and I have to gently push her out of the way in order to close the door...!

Sometimes she walks around in circles in the kitchen in front of the sink because she thinks if she hangs around long enough, the food will magically appear (I feed her in that area of the kitchen).

The way she acts, you would think I never feed her. Yeesh.

Wow. Sheba is a smart girl, too.
yup, Sheba is her sister. haha
They all like eating. Just like we never feed them.
I wonder why turtles always want to eat.

karlyn does the same thing, she looks at us when we are in the kitchen, and then when we walk around she follows us cause she wants food lol. there is a paper that blocks the top of her tank on the side, (so if she is basking when we come in the door we wont scare her) and she will look under it and try to see us when we are in the kitchen, and she will try to get our attention.
