Gorgeous! I especially love the one of the two, hanging in the water, spooning! That male has a nice set of toenails on him.

That gravel on the bottom of the tank though - in both the first and second pictures - scares me to death. There have been so many threads on here about turtles that ate gravel - and then died. We just lost another one recently. You really don't want to go there. They eat the gravel and get impacted or cut up inside. My advice would be to get rid of the gravel ASAP.

ha ha! That second picture where they're both vertical with their heads out of the water is great! :D They look like they're doing a dance routine or something.

looks like the gravel is just in their basking area, you could prolly keep it as filler and put bigger flat rocks or just some plexiglass so the turts dont track it into the water and eat it

Do you see the third picture from the top? It's an underwater picture and you can see that most of what's on the bottom is large rocks - perfectly harmless and attractive - but mixed in are little pebbles just the perfect size for a turtle to swallow. I'm very concerned about those too.

even if the gravel is just in their basking area, they could easily knock it in the water and think its food... they are cute! how many gallons do you have and how many inches are they? :)

Are you only using silicone to support that basking area?
