We won't tell on your imported turtle! The problem is with people who don't care for their turtles and release them into the wild. Sounds like you are a caring turtle-parent, so more power to you.

I'm not sure if I can order from the UK, any shops' sites you can provide will be really nice.

I bought him a UV light also so now he can bask more happily!

Anyway, gravel will be out as soon as I've got a few days spare to do it.
I wont let him eat it, and I'm also making sure there's no gravel to be eaten, covered all of it with river rocks.

And thanks all for your comments.

You might want to check local tortoise or aquarium hobbyists/enthusiasts. They would probably be very helpful on where you can gather any specialized equipment you might need.

HEY! I've many news about Ichmeler!!! Well, I was away from my home and my father decided to surprise me! Well I havent seen it yet but he took out all the gravel and the large river rocks leaving only the river rocks that were large and pretty (The side of a baby turtle almost) and he MADE a floating basking platform from some mountain he bought and he hung it on the aquarium side so it looks great, he added really nice things too!
Anyway once I'm home (Havent been there for a month!) I'll post some new pictures! :D
