Hey everyone,
I was just watching my turtle today and he started swimming backwards...lol. Its so cute. I don't know if he is confused or if he just enjoys it. The end is the best part, so wait for it...Anyways heres the link.

Maybe its the current of the filter that makes it look like he's swimming backwards? I'm stumped.. :?

That is too funny! :P He's paddling so fast that he starts going backwards. He's "moon swimming". :)

Oh man, I can't stop laughing!! :lol: That is so funny! Baby turtles are so cute! It's like his paddling get's out of sync and he starts going backwards instead of forwards. :D

dont worry! mine do that too! mine do it when their excited to see me cuz they think that im gonna feed them.

they beg exactly like your turtles, by swimming to the glass!

Mine will back-pedal when they want to change directions. To me, it does seem like something in the current is causing him to move like that, especially when it looks like he's being pushed downward...

i was just thinking that, it does look like it's struggling.

Mine is doing that also, its really funny when he's chasing the little Neon fish, cuz they're really fast, so he chases them, then they disapear somewhere and he like stops and tries to look around... haha =)
