How lovely! Your turtle must think he's in paradise!
When you get your decorations, be sure there is no conceivable way he can get stuck - or get his head stuck. Some of those pirate ships have little windows that would be just about the right size for a turtle head to get stuck in.
You could probably seal up the windows (or whatever dangerous holes there are) with aquarium silicon and make them turtle-safe.
