Nahh, Less then 1 person a year dies from Rattlesnake Bites. And I have Insurance so I'm not tripping lol. I wont get bit any way im pretty careful around them. This would be my 4th Rattler, I had 2 that I had for just a few days and let them go and then I have 1 Western Diamondback that I got HUGE! he was like 5 Feet...Way nicer then that one I got now but there 2 different types and ive been wanting to get a diff kind.

May I ask why you're taking snakes from their natural habitat? Isn't that a little mean?
Red eared sliders are for life, not just the weekends.

The proud father of:
12 Red Eared Sliders:
4 adult females
4 adult males
2 young females
2 young males

I'm sure you don't feel the same way for RES that were taken out of there natural habitat and made pets and sold all over the place. I can guarantee you if a Rattle Snake was non-Venomous, they would be in pet shops ALL over the place.
