Sad storey though..
My friend had a newt but left it at my other friends house while she was away.. well she came back and she never really got the newt form my friends house . He took care of it really good but he could not keep it anymore. So she said that he could bring it over and she had a tank for it. So he brought it over in a container with gravel water and a little plant thinking that she would be putting it in the bigger tank... well she left the bloodworms(food) outside when they are really supposed to be kept in a freezer. She left them at the side of her house and htey melted and smelt really bad!.. She left the newt in the cantaior and her soffocated in the heat. There was air holes but she left him in there outside in the summer heat. He sadly died. The next day when we went to go check on him we found a little containor with a dead newt. It was really sad and we never forgave her.
Sorry about the sad story but I needed to tell it.
