how do they always notice cameras when they're sleeping?? if someone took a picture of me while I was sleeping, I wouldn't notice at all XD

Well, my turtle is aparently a heavy sleeper, she sleeps sometimes in some odd places. She falls asleep watching movies or TV, haha. I actually put my Ipod up to the screen for awhile, and she sat there watching it, I'm serious, not tryign to claw at it, but actually watched it.

One time I was watching a documentary about alligators and my turtles were sort of inspecting the screen. Then a giant close up of an alligator's mouth appeared and they BOOKED IT and hid. It was hilarious.

I love to watch her while she basks, it's hilarious sometimes!
A few days ago she was taking a nap up there while hanging off the edge, and apparently she fell into the water by accident.
She looked so confused after that!

Another story that doesn't have to do with sleeping turtles:

She was basking yesterday with her butt kind of hanging off of the platform right above the water.
We went to add another pan of water to the tank (the water level had dropped a good bit). She was fine at first since we were adding it to the other side of the tank, but once that water came up to the edge of the ramp and touched her butt she FREAKED OUT!
She ran into the glass on all edges, made a few circles, and kept on going as if her butt was on fire!
She finally ran in the direction of the water and off she goes.
I wish I had that on camera! LOL Poor thing!

I have 2 turtles we bought them at the same time, one is growing great the other sleeps a lot and has a covering over his eyes, sometimes he moves around with his eye closed. Any suggestion? Also I never see him eat! But that doesn't mean he doesn't I just don't sit and watch the eat!
