He's a cute baby! That was actually a very soothing video with the water reflecting the light, the trickle from the filter in the background and the gentle interaction between you and Tito.

Aside from being cute, tito looks realy healthy to me - when a hatchling is that active and curious it's a good sign And i'm glad you didnt take him out and play with him on the floor or in the air like most people do, i think it's pretty stressfull to them, but dipping your finger in the water for him to check out is good play and probably not stressfull IMO, i would do that too but my turtles just think my fingers are earthworms

Oh and by the way, dont forget to wash your hands after you touch tito or his water!

You may want to get rid of the strap. Your turtle may have salmonella and if he does it probable got on the strap. But nice video. I have one that size.
