That's ridiculously cool!! I'm so jealous. I'm curious about the price and where you got it... if you don't mind of course. And you have to take pics of it set up.

tank was purchased at animal kingdom in staten island ny. price for tank was $900 delivered .could have gotten it cheaper at glasscages.com for like $550 or so but i had to pick it up in white plans n.y. some where-- rent a truck--or van and needed a couple of guys to get in house to much trouble. Animal kingdom had it in a couple of days and deliverd it right where it sits worth the extra money-- tank is all glass and weighs like 320lbs--stand cost about $380 seen one on line for a 20gallon tank was about $200 so i guess what i paid wasn't so bad-- i purchased -2 -rena xp4's- wich i will be using for filtration-- 2- 36" flukers fluorescent fixtures- 2 zoomed floating docs large size. and still have to purchase all decorations wich i will do over time --- so yes this sure turned into a project--but i am hooked--and most likely for life-- otherwise there will be some good equiptment for sale cheap!! lol

Yeah I think paying the extra to have it delivered and installed is worth it if you can afford it. Trying to move a heavy sucker like that is not my idea of fun. Plus you run the risk of breaking the tank. If they break it, they replace it.

You must be excited to get that all setup and running! Those XP filters are really nice too. I really like mine!

Post some more pics when you get it up and running.

glad to here about the xp4 filter--wasn't sure wich one to buy --im going to run 2 xp4 filters in this tank-- just not sure how iam going to set them up yet--one with the rain tube--one circulating water in the bottom twards both intakes--not realy sure how this will work--tank is 6 feet long not sure realy where to place inlet and outlet tubes in tank for best performance any ideas would be greatly app.
