Once I brought Kaa in the house, Mikey got jealous. He started getting loud and cranky, so I decided to post some pics of him. I took these about a month ago but couldn't get the camera to work properly until today. So here goes, mind you he now has an XP3 so the filters you see aren't there anymore.

Your tank is great. What is that floating log with the holes in it? I love the decorations in it. What a tail he has!

Aww, Mikey is a very handsome turtle! I too can't believe the size of his tail - wow! Nice setup, too. :-)

Bumby, the pics of Kaa (he's a boy) are in the people talk section... Mikey wouldn't allow them anywhere else :lol:

I don't think they sell different sizes of the floating log, it was the only size I've ever seen. He's about 4.25-4.5 inches long and he still sleeps inside the log, so I guess it's pretty decent sized.

Mikey's tail has always been pretty big, that's why I never understood why it was hard for people to sex their turtle, I thought all male turtles' tails were like Mikey's :lol:
