This summer my turtle doesn't want to bask and skin shedding frequently.
The vet checked my turtle's skin verify her skin shedding causing by Epistylis infection.
I never put any live prey or other turtle in her tank so I think that due to I bought Anacharis from store brought Epistylis.
After iodium shower everyday for 2 weeks and disinfected her tank every week.
She finally basked yesterday.
Enjoy the sunshine again.

But yesterday my mother let her to bask in the same place, she had no will.
I don't know.
Maybe her skin does not recuperate completely or the sunshine was not enough to attract her since The sky became suddenly covered with clouds.

The temperature was 86 degrees.
The weather in Taiwan is warm climate.
I didn't give her any heating facilities last winter.
The loweast temperature was 59 degrees.
She still had good appetite and activities.

She absorbed in looking outdoor. I am so curious about everything she saw.
When she enjoy the sunshine in the park, there were several child walked through and talked with each other.
She heared their voice, she turned her head and watched them.
She love to watch moving objects.

yup! I treat her as a child. I talk to her every day.
When I hold her to walk around indoor of my house, she even could direct me the direction that she want by her arms.

No, she basks where she want to. Beaucse I don't buy uvb lamp, so she can't bask in her tank.
I think real sun more help her health and Taiwan is warm even in winter she still bask in the park.
