I'm happy to say Koopa got a new home today. I think I was more excited about it than he was. He's in a 30 gallon now versus the ten gallon that he's been in for the four months we've had him. He looks so little in the bigger tank.

I measured him and he seems to be growing steady. He's grown a little more than half an inch since we got him. Hopefully I'll be able to use this tank for a little while longer than the ten gallon but we'll see.

Oh, and he didn't even act like anything had changed. Just immediatly started swimming around, not pouting/freaking out like he usually does after his normal tank cleanings.
