From what I see, this baby isn't a newly hatchling. His eggtooth has fallen off and his yok sac has absorbed. The opening of the sac is gone as well.

Try live prey to entice him to eat such as worms, crickets, pellets soaked in tuna juice, as well as veggies such as water fern, water hyacinth, frogbit, anacharis, redleaf lettuce, carrots

He's very cute :D

Very cute! Do try to get Pandora to eat as soon as you can and remove that gravel you are using.

i left a piece of romane lettuce in her tank over night and when i looked at it the next day it was almost all gone! i also put some pellets in and after a couple hours i looked in there and they were gone too. i put her (i think its a girl she has that personality) in my male turts tank (i think its a male) and he was doing this weird thing with his hands it looked like he was shakeing them realy fast and he kept following her. (he tried to get her up against the wall but she is to small lol)

Is your male turt much larger than this baby? If so, it would be better to keep the hatchling separated until she's bigger. The paw fluttering could mean that your male views the baby as an intruder, and larger turtles have been known to cause injury or worse to hatchlings.
