Instead of setting up an album you set up a Yahoo Group. You may wish to change that. I don't believe most people on here will join a group just to view photos.

fill the tank up...and how big is it, from the looks, it looks like a 10 gallon, but i'm not good with looks :P

and take the glass marble things out, they can chip and cause impaction.

I have a suggestion that really doesn't have to do with the setup. You may want to hold your turtle differently. The way you are holding him in that one picture can lead to disasters and falls. You should always support them when you hold them and make them feel secure.

I don't see a basking area, lights, filter or a heater. Do you have any of these? As ell said, you really need to fill up the water. The reason you shojldn't have glass in a turtle tank is that if things bang around and break the turtle could eat it or cut themselves on it. Just better safe than sorry.
