Here is an updated picture of my turtles tank. I got a much bigger filter today, it's for a 40 gallon tank. And I made the level of the water a little higher. I also have two clamp lamps on the right side, one is the UVB light, and the other is the UVA basking light.

Looks nice, but I'd get some fake plants to put in there, give them something to hide and play in besides the little rock cave.

The turtles look so little and cute.

Fake plants are a good idea as Daredevilgirl said, especially with younger turtles. They use them as resting areas and sleeping areas and hiding places.

Other than that, the tank looks very nice. :)

Sonyj was talking about sleeping places for your hatchling. I bought a little suction cup soap holder that I put in my tank for a sleeping area for my hatchling. I actually got the idea from someone's post here...I can't remember who though. :)

I got some fake plants for my tank finally, here it is. You can also see the new addition to the tank. An apple snail on the left side, his shell is kind of whitish yellow.

Wow you got a white snail!!! I wish I had a white one!! All I have is yellow, black, and a yellow black mix. Those plants look great! I know with mine I clustered a few in a corner of the tank so that it's just an all plant area for Michelangelo to hide and play in. And don't be surprised to see the snail clinging upside down to the plants, mine do that all the time and it's funny as all get out seeing them hang on upside down for dear life.

The snail is actually like a light light yellow. So it's a yellow snail really. I don't like the black snails they give me the creeps *shudders* But it's wierd, I can stand the yellow ones. LOL.

The turtles will eat the snail once they grow a little bit.
