Here's Josh. Recently saved.



You can see the tiny holes in his gray shell. Obviously looks like fungi infection. With the new basking area im sure he'll recover. I do have a question, though. Will he gain any color back?

Looks like he has found a pretty good home now! Has he seen a vet about the fungus, or are you treating it on your own?

Im going to treat him on my own. Im sure some salt water baths and good basking will do him well. But still.. Does anyone think that his color will come back?

I'm so glad he's basking. If he does some cute stuff with his feet you have to take pictures. Like. Really.

A guy on here told me it helps clean the shell and clear some bacteria from it.

Steve I told him to take the gravel out weeks ago and he was like "It's fine, he hasn't eaten it." and I was all "JUST BECAUSE YOU DO NOT SEE HIM DO IT DOES NOT MEAN HE HASN'T OR WON'T!".

I'll keep working on him.

i have to get money to buy them and right now im not getting money so when i get money i will buy a big back from tractor supply. He's had small rocks in his tank all of his life but i guess he could still eat some right.
