could you help me Identify my turtle?? is it RDS?? My friend gave it to me a few days ago..and when I received it..it's in a very poor condition..after I let it swam in warm water..I think it refreshed alot than the 1st time when I received him..hehe..I think it don't eat much..or maybe it not even eat anything until now..I'm worried about it...please help me..T_T

I don't know if it's the angle of the camera in that last picture but it looks as if his shell has been damaged. Are there white spots on the spine of his shell?? It also looks as if there's some major shedding going on of the skin on his head unless that is something else.

Also, do yourself a favor and don't put him in a sink/bathtub. Soap residues are not particular healthy and what the turtle may carry (possibly salmonella) would not be good for you. If you are looking for a temporary housing solution, look into a large plastic containers. You can find them as large as 50-60 gallons, though they cannot safely hold water at a high level.
