On another forum someone asked about my RES, so I got some pictures together. Here they are:

Here are some pics of my RES, Al:

Surfacing, his first day in the pond... we didn't have so many plants, then:

For contrast, here are some pics from his childhood; they were taken in December, 2000, when I brought him home:

At the hotel, still filthy from the box of dirt they were keeping him in:

He was so dirty, he was totally black at first. I had to scrub him off to find out what kind of turtle he was.

Here he is some days later, swimming in his new, clean tank:

Love the pics! I wish I had some more pics of my turts when they were little like that :(

I love to see all the different shell patterns everyones turts have! I never really thought they could vary that much! :D
