Cute, its eyes in the second picture are particularly adorable, and your RES has a third red marking in the middle of its head, :D

I was gonna ask that too, because both of my RES have a red dot on the top of there head. I thought it was normal. Do you think it will go away as they shed there skin?

yea I thought it was pretty normal too because Leo has a dot and then a little red stripe down the top of his head and I just thought it was normal until I've seen so many people commenting about it and then it got me wondering! I hope it doesn't shed off because I love it!! :) lol

p.s. Shreyas- i loove the second picture of your baby!! The eyes are awesome! but you said "he" in one of your posts and i'm not sure if you realize you most likely have a female on your hands!! :)

Beautiful coloring!! My turt has kind of a light orange spot on her head, and her plastron has an orange tint to it. She eats carrots once in awhile, and I believe that is why.
