I know the first pic is a Diamond Back Terrapin but the others look a bit different. Maybe it's just the water

I don't have any myself but from what I've heard/read they're pretty docile. Not sure of cost. You could check a few breeder sites.

Just wondering... what are RES's classified as in terms of behavior? Are the docile too? Leo always seems so rambunctious to me :-)

On a Public Television program on turtles they (RES) were referred to as always the most aggressive in any group.

In terms of agression, RES rank higher than some of the other species found in community tanks. They can be fairly territorial.

Something tells me I will care for a DBT someday... :)
