She just wanted to get up there and look out the window. I bet she thinks being very sneaky.

Try putting some mesh on top of the tank. The water level is fine (RES prefer deeper water) but for safety, find a way to prevent that little guy from getting out again :)

Yeah, I am gonna want to fill my long tank up as high as possible but I don't want that to happen. I saw these things that you can set lights on at the Petstore but I don't know if they just sit on there for clamp on or something. I really haven't seen anything for 20 gallon long tanks (stands, hoods, etc). Any ideas?

What's that giant rock like thing in the middle of the tank? It looks like it takes up a lot of swimming room...

I hope there's nothing in that tiny bowl. They are just like turtle lagoons-torture devices.

Like they always say (or DONT :D:D)
The water is always cleaner in the other tank!

I'm looking behind that. Anyway, there does appear to be a large obstruction in the tank like Meg mentioned.

Ah, sorry. I didn't see that tank. I didn't mean to come off mean, but my brother has become a fish person and tells/shows me the terrible things sold for fish, particularly bettas. He has a 1.5 gallon betta tank and a ten gallon tank.
