Thats his new setup, no large stones filling the aquarium anymore, a basking spot, a UV bulb, some nice neon and goopy small fish and completly covered gravel which when I have more time, I will take out!

Looks like a turtle paradise! That gravel will eventually get loaded with waste and become a smelly mess. It looks small enough that you could siphon it all out with a hose. That might make it a little easier to do. your turtle looks very happy though!

Yeah I think you have way too much uneccesary things in your tank. And not only is that gravel going to muck up the water like david said, but if your turtle finds one and he eats it, hes in a load of trouble..life threatning trouble
A few river rocks are okay, but not that much. Lose the gravel and cut down on some river rocks and your turtle will be much happier with all that extra space Trust me!

Beautiful setup! I do agree there's a little too much in it for a turt though. Just a little too busy. He would love ya if you gave him a little more room to swim.

All these things are future-to-come, I will take all the gravel out when I'll be more home, I cant force my dad to do everything!
Plus, I'm after an army service in Israel so I dont have much money ATM, but soon I'll invest some more and but a large tank to my room with more things.

The docking area is some mountain, my father drilled in it and put some steel wire to make it floating-like.
He really loves it, he climbs it from all direction, even at 90 degrees, he's a climber!

If that thing floats, you could go ahead and put quite a bit more water in it. That would give the little guy a lot more room to swim and excersize, and it's free!

Well, if you look in the 2nd and 4th pics you can see that the water depth is several times the length of the turtle. It also looks like a bow front tank so it's probably wider than the pictures make it look too. I would think that little guy has more than enough room to swim around in there.

Aye, the tank is ok for now for that kind of size of a turtle by what I checked. But I know I'll need a larger tank

I'm taking things slowly, I'll have to make room in the next year for a larger tank in my room 1st, then buy one =)

Nice pics---I like one of him marching over the shells.

It looks nice. That large rock he's crawling on looks rough and abrasive with some sharp edges, though. Be careful he doesn't scratch his shell trying to get on it/crawl around on it.

Ah no its not really a rock, its something else. Nothing sharp I made sure of that.

Your turtle has the cutest face!!! I miss Leo being a little green tiny baby! I have to agree on the marching over the shells picture... that one is tooooo cute!!
