That's a cute turtle! You usually can't tell if it's a boy or a girl until they get to be around 4" in shell length. By then the boys will have much longer front claws and a longer tail.

Cute little turtle. What's the shell length without the curve? Perhaps it's the pic, but your turtle looks a little small for being nearly a year old...

I shall measure it when i get home his bigger then this a lil bit bigger then my palm now that pic is about 5months.

just from the looks of it, it doesn't look like s/he's quiiiite big enough to tell yet! but you could have big hands and I could be totally wrong! my baby is a little bigger then the palm of my hand and she's a little over 4 inches!
