Well, I'm going to make an out of tank basking spot and would like to know what I could use to make a ramp for my res to get up with. Any ideas about what to use to make? I have the container just need a ramp.

Thanks

plastic with some kind of grip on it would work (something like a piece of the tub liners that prevent people from slipping... a new one of course not used)

cork bark works pretty well if you can get it to the right angle for them to climb

couple people have used the white light diffusers screens from lowes/home depot that you can heat up with a lighter and bend into the shape/angle you need

if you post a picture of the basking area it might be easier to come up with some more ideas

Fire and plastic aren't a good mix, especially for kids. You might be better off if you use a hot glue gun like they make for crafts, and glue the ramp to the platform. :)
