I just saw Squirtle he has like a black sack thingy that came out of his butt. Quinny also had the same thing happen too earlier. can someone tell me whats going on with em? it was like a big black sack and when i walked over it went all back into his butt.
As you may have seen on your other post, it's most likely his penis. When male turtles display it it's called fanning. Fanning is pretty common among the adolescent males.
