I was wondering about some of the info on RES Turtles. Like where they came from and stuff like that. What is a good website for this info. I have looked all over this site but it is mainly about care( unless I have missed it ). Before you ask the most popular question in the forum, yes, I have googled it, searched it and all the above but it keeps sending me to RES.com

Do you mean their natural habitat? I believe they are found in the eastern US. But are an invasive species so they've spread past their "natural" habitat due to people releasing them.

Go back to Google, type your search words and add -redearslider.com. That will omit results with references to this site.

I havent looked at those links yet but I can tell ya even if they are not native to east texas they sure like it here.. there is a lil like off part of our lake in the town I live in no one swims there and it is kinda oogy so no one goes over ther anyways I always see them basking on the logs there and at the zoo in the gator enclosure..I dont think the gators there are eating them either
