There is a local pet store where I live that is selling baby RES ( 1" to 1"1/2) That is the only store in my area that I have found them except for where I got mine 2 weeks ago. But mine was 4". Where I got mine there was a sign ...Turtles not for sell..education and adoption perposes only. This store that I went to are selling these baby RES for $19.99. each ( they have lots too)and the are selling lil carriers that are way 2 small for the lil turts. Is there someone I could report this to or shoud I let it be? Give me you opinions please. They probably have 50 or mor in there tank with a few inches of water.

That is definitely not good care for the turtles. However, if they have that sign up, they are allowed to sell them (it's a stupid loophole). You can still report their lack of proper care though.

Yes you should report that, they are just taking advantage of the right to sell

The store I got Turbo had the sign up but this store doesn't. They are selling the turts for $19.99. They had a sale this weekend for $12.99. I watched one parent and child walk out witha baby in a plastic bag with water. I hope they have a goo home for it. Who do I call on such thing?
