It's late but still Friday!

So... how much time do you spend with your turtles on a daily basis? You don't need to include filter and tank cleaning times.

Yea, same for me. Daily, it's usually a 5 min or less thing, just feeding them, checking stuff.

and occasionally, when I'm bored or inspired I spend half an hour with Roca, photographing or playing with him.

I probably spend about 10 or 15 minutes total feeding Napoleon and watching him and talking to him, anytime I pass his tank I have to stop and say hi. On cleaning days he comes out to roam, and I spend a lot longer with him then. Hercules and Apollo probably add up to about 20 minutes.

I probably spend around 30 minutes a day with my turtles. Every morning after I feed the babies I usually get caught up watching them swim around the tank, and I'll pick them up and inspect their shells/get them used to me. We have a chair next to their tank where I like to sit and read, too. Rigby spends her days our in our backyard pond, and we're usually out there doing yardwork or otherwise enjoying our yard so I get to watch her for a good deal of the day.

It sucks 'cause this weekend I'm away from home and I can't be with my turts.

I probably spend 30 minutes a day actually fooling with Spot - feeding him, checking his skin and shell, hovering over him while he walks around outside. But my husband and I spend a lot of time watching him - either inside when he's in his aquarium or outside in his pond. For the survey, I just counted the time I fool with him.

Yeah, i just counted feeding time, if I counted how long I watch them, it's quite a bit... usually when my husband turns on something stupid like Cops or MMA fights or adult swim cartoons, I'll just tune it out and watch my little green guys swim around :)

I spend about 30 minutes a day with turbo. He will sit still and let me rub his back feet. He loves it.
