I've noticed for the past few days when I feed my turtles in the morning, that as they beg for food one of them (I don't know which one) makes this chirping sound that sort of sounds like a high-pitched squeal. Is this a sign of a respiratory infection, or is it just part of the begging turtle inside them.

It's not normally part of their begging. It could be a respiratory problem, but not always. Are there any other symptoms? Is the turtle eating well?

What is the water temp and basking area temp?

The turtle eats well and is adequately active. I think that it's their claws scratching against the glass but that is highly unlikely.
The water temperature is around 78-80 in the winter and around 80-86 in the summer. I haven't measured the basking temperature yet, but it is roughly 82 at its peak temp in the noon hours.

Ive noticed lately one of my turtles makes a gurgling noise almost like the ribbet ribbet of a frog. My first thought was RI but she only does it at night and only when im out of sight. As soon as she knows im in the room she stops. Vocal turtle maybe? Plz Plz Plz....

As far as health she's doing great--eats, swims, basks, loving life...

I had two turtles once (one unfortuantaly died) and at night when they were young they would chirp like birds. I think it may be some sort of echo location because they always did it when it was dark and somewhere new to them.
I will be there for you, if only you can be there for me.

I really doubt that was the reason...
