Has anyone ever heard of an albino RES? I just found out that they exist. I want one badly. I think they are beautiful! But then to me all turts and tourtoises are BEAUTIFUL!

I just read about the albino RES, and have fallen in love with them. I am in the process of looking for one. So if you hear anything please let me know.

albino RES are usually more expensive than normal RES, alot of people are against buying them though because breeders try to breed hundreds and hundreds until they can get that one special albino, everything else is neglected (not all breeders but usually) but i have to admit, they are cool looking!

There was another post regarding the albinos not too long ago. Among the fact that hundres are breed to get the few albinos, they are harder to care for. Also, I believe that the life expectancy isn't as long as a regular RES. Before you buy one, make sure it is from a reputable dealer and make sure you have done all of your research.
