Theres no way of really knowing their age because all turts grow at different rates... diet, lighting, and habitat are all factors that may effect their growth rate... they could be anywhere from about 2- 6+ years... theres no way of knowing... how many inches were they when you got them?

Unless you hatched them or you know when they hatched, then there is no possible way of knowing.

How big were they when you bought them? If they were only an inch or two, then most likely they were less than a year old, and you can go from there.

A turtle can be 3" or 4" at one year old. Not a rule, of course, but in the ballpark.

My turt was a hatchling when I got her, and she grew pretty quickly (too quick) and she's about 4 years old now, and 7 1/4". (Female)
