Hi and Welcome. Nice-looking set-up (how many gallons is the tank?) You might want to rethink that blue gravel, especially if it's a size your turtle can easily eat. The temptation is there and there's always the chance of getting impacted. Having just some larger river rocks would be fine, or even the large ones that are in there if your turtle can't get stuck under them. I do see a little butt sticking up under the thermometer.
Does the tube UVB flourescent (it is a UVB light, right?) have a covering (plexiglass/plastic) over it? If so, it should be taken off---any barrier will block the UVB rays from reaching your turtle.
Your daughter looks like she's having fun, but turtles aren't really pets to be played with like dogs or cats. And, I'm sure you know she should wash her hands really well after handling Flowers.
