Urgent Care :: Turtle got half his tail bitten off

Will he be ok? I was keeping 2 hatchlings together and one has become way too aggressive. I am having to give him away. He has bitten half the tail off of my other hatchling. Will it grow back? Also will this pose a health risk for him. It's not bleeding or anything but its just gone>

I would take him to the vet, it might get infected if you don't treat it.

it won't grow back. You'll have to separate them.

Poor fella. Get him to the vet for antibiotics, make sure your water is pristine.
