Long story short, my turtle climbed up the balcony and threw itself off a ninth-story building (yes). Thankfully, not only did it survive, but it seemed to be doing pretty well so far as a neighbor found and took care of it before anything worse happened. However, I recently noticed it's limping, and due to quarantine I lost my job so I can't schedule an emergency visit. I'm more than willing to get a small loan if needed to make sure it's okay, but I wanted to make sure it 100% warrants the vet visit before I take drastic measures.
To be more specific, it's its front leg. I examined it and it doesn't seem to hurt the turtle (she is pretty docile but will show when I'm doing something she doesn't like), doesn't seem to be swollen anywhere and there seems to be no injury. I checked and she can stretch and contract the leg, but can't apply much strength and a couple of scales seem to be missing. She's around three years old and around four inches or so. She eats as voraciously as usual and seems normal when she swims. It's only because I took her out to walk around the house that I noticed the limp. Any responses are greatly appreciated.

I'd speak to vet and see what can be worked out. If anything, confirm what injury there is. I'm not sure if there is a way to stabilize a broken limb for a turtle, you will need to consult with a vet for ideas. It might be a good opportunity to speak with herpetologists on ways you might be able to care for it as well.
