You could get some heavy duty shelving and place multiple tanksor even storage containers on that.

I agree with what everyone has said here. Just one thing to look out for, if you decide to get those pre-made 55 gallon tank kits, be aware of the fact that the filter that comes with it isn't good. It'll last you for a little while if you need to save for the filter too, but it won't last that long.

55 gallon tanks are pretty easy to come by and fairly cheap in my area. I bought a 55 gallon complete kit for $150 at petsmart. I've heard of people getting them for like $50 off craigslist.com . If you could get 2 55 gallons, that would probably get you through a couple years pretty well. That would be better for the turtles than 1 70 gallon tank.

Two 55 gallon tanks are a great idea initially. As everyone is mentioning though, these turtles get large and as they continue to grow, they will become more aggressive with each other. I know personally how aggressive they can get I had 2 turtles in a 55 gallon tank for a very long time & the fighting got so loud after a while that I had no choice but to give one of the turtles away. I realized it was the best thing for my babies so that they wouldn't be hurt. I have only 1 turtle now, she is 9 inches long, and I just love her to pieces. She lives in a 90-gallon tank and is very very happy.

I wish you the best of luck, but I know in the long run, you will have to make a decision about who to give some of the turtles to. Maybe you can donate one or two to a local school's science teacher? It's good for kids to learn about the animals, especially if you find a Science teacher who understands how to take care of reptiles properly. That way you can drop in from time to time to say hello to your turtle!
