ok so today i was cleaning my turtles tank when sudenly i noticed somthing little moving in the water,there where few little worms about about 6-7mm in lenght.
I dont know what worms are they and im worried if they arent from my turtle....here is a picture i took when i was examining the worm with a microscope.

It could be one of several different types of free living worms that are normal for fresh water aquaria. I would guess that it might be Phylum Annelida, Class Oligochaetae, but it could be lots of other annelids too.

Have you added anything to your tank from a outside or from a local pond or something (plants, feeders, rocks)?

Kinda looks like mosquito larva reaally close up?!

Annelids are probably not going to hurt anything, they just look creepy. If they're mosquito larvae, the turtles are going to take care of the problem for you. MMmm good.

Minnows ate my mosquitos!! I still dont know how thise buggers got in the house!!!

Hey, I just found a tiny white worm in my tank where I put the live plants in. It's maybe 1/4" long and the width of a hair and it was wiggling around in the rocks. I also noticed several small snails crawling on the glass. I think it's kind of interesting seeing different living things pop up in the tank. Just as long as they aren't harmful to the turtles and don't hatch out into some ugly flying stinging insect later on. :o
