I've done a lot of work.
For the tank
Use diluted bleaching to clean, then use water to wash it.
Let the tank dry.

For the filtration Tank
Use diluted bleaching to soak for one day, then water washing , soak water for one day,
Let the filtration tank dry for 2days.

For ceramic ring
Use diluted bleaching to soak for one day, then water washing , soak water for one day,
use hot water to wash.
Let the ceramic ring dry for 2days.

I don't know if someone on a different post has pointed this out already, but Chiuhui, I don't think your tank is 180 gallons. I think it's more around 70 US gallons. That would be my estimate off of the cm numbers that you gave. Just wanted to make sure you were aware.

You are right, someone have already noted it, but I still don't know how to calculate.
my tank's capacity is 73 gallons

Tank
length : 120cm=47 inches
width : 75cm=30 inches
height : 30cm(front)=12 inches
height : 75cm(back)=30 inches
height of water:28cm=11 inches

filtration Tank
length : 80cm=31 inches
width : 50cm=20 inches
height : 40cm=16 inches
height of water:20cm=7.8 inches

different unit confused me.
The unit that we show the tank's size in dimensions not capacity ,for example my tank is a 4 feet tank in Taiwan.

So how's she doing?

Is that a cave that's up on your basking area? That's pretty cool. Does she use it a lot?

I have to ask---where is the infection on your turtle? She looks pretty good in the pics...

skin shedding frequently causing by Epistylis infection.
It can't look clearly when turtle leave water.
skin shedding does not like disease, but it remind me that normal skin shedding should be not frequently.

I believe that Epistylus is actually a freshwater parasite the looks like white patches on the skin. I'm a little surprised it can't be seen at all out of the water.
