Once again THANK you ALL!! :D :D :D

Definitely stick around! We'll be wanting to hear progress on not just the RES but also on the snapper too. :)

Turtles, no matter what kind, are always very interesting animals. One thing I will do before I die is to go to the zoo and quiz the caretakers about the care/needs of loggerhead sea turtles (!). Talk about a highly exotic animal! I would never want to own one, but I would like to learn about them! :D

African Clawed Frog = "Prog", 10 yrs old
& "Kristin" as Momma

Hey Aqua8! Glad you're feeling better and decided to stick around! :D I'd like to hear more about how your snapper is doing too. I'm thinking of getting one myself someday. ;)

Hi Aqua you have to do whats right for you, my friend found a baby snapper yesterday in her driveway (no water around anywhere) so she brought it here, my choice was not to keep a snapper, partly because I am new to the turtle life, and I already have 2 res , and alot because I have 3 grandchildren 3, 2, 1 and I have to think about them, it was really small but when I picked it up I could already feel the strengh in it, the man across the street took him , he lives alone and has a huge pond, so I support your choice, and I hope it works out well for you
2 res

Groucho 3inch
Tuck 2inch

they are my babies
