Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

hello i posted a thread about 2 weeks ago in the urgent care section, http://www.redearslider.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11438, anyone who's seen it knows i have a turtle that has been sick for almost 3 weeks and is still sick to this point

what im wondering is for those who've had similiar problems with your turtle, at what point do you give up after you've tried everything?

i've tried medications, food feeding thru syringe, electrolyte supplementation, and everything and is looks worse and worse everyday. just few moments ago i felt its shell and even now it is getting softer...

so again this thread isn't asking for more tips, but would be appreciated if you could post on the other thread, but rather what do you do when you have to give up? :(

sacrilegious, I'm locking this just so it doesn't become a repeat of your other thread.
