Yes he is basking as normal. He is still strong and feisty when you bring him in though in the water he just sits there and does not swim.

If he's got RI I would think a stable environment indoors would be preferable at this point. If you can set up a basking area with lights you'll be able to maintain a very consistent water temp of around 80 degrees and a basking temp of around 90. I assume you have a filter running on his indoor tank? The more stable his environment the easier it will be for his body to fight the infection. :)

Thanks for the suggestion. The vet also said today to raise his basking temp to a stable 85 degrees and dry dock except for 20 minutes 2 times a day. So I have set him up in a 50 gallon stock tank upstairs and he is sitting under the basking lamp as we speak.
