Hello,my big res keeps wants to bite my small res whenever i put them together.Is there something wrong with my res ? and what should i do so that i can put both of them together ?

vodevil: Im sorry but you need to seperate your RES NOW! The bigger one could easily KILL the smaller one. If there is already signs of aggression..(which is normal) (Since RES are normally "happy loner" turtles) you can do nothing. It stinks, I know. But dont risk it!

Get a smaller tank or rubbermaid box if you dont have a smaller tank to get them apart...but I would do it quickly!

Camee said it well. Unfortunately your experience is typical. Most of the time multiple turtles in a tank wind up having to be separated. Something that seems to make the fighting worse is having too little space. Turtles that are squeezed together can get very irritable. And once they get started it just gets worse.
