I have a vet appointment for my babies tomorrow. Nothing is wrong I just want to get them checked to make sure everything is okay... However the vet is an hour away in Nashville & I work until an hour and a half before the appointment. Would it be okay for them to come to work with me for the day? wouldn't be able to get them set up with a heater in time but would they be okay from 7am-6pm without a heater or lamps, from when i leave for work until I should be getting home from the appt??

Also, what is the best way to travel with them?? I heard just a shoe box with moist paper towels??
Thank you!!!

I think it would be fine. I assume your office isn't like a refrigerator, that the air temperature is reasonably warm. Just be sure everybody in the office doesn't want to pick them up and play with them - that would be stressful!. Do you have an enclosed container like a box you could keep them in? If it were dark they would likely sleep and not be stressed. Put some wash clothes on the bottom to give them something to burrow into. At midday, take them out and let them soak in a bowl of tepid water. You could feed them too. Make sure they don't have to sit in any drafts.

Here's some tips on traveling:
