justin -- How large is your turtles and how big is their tank. -- 0ne of them may feel confined and may need more room. I have noticed that if I put the same turtles in a larger they seem to quiet down. It is harder for the aggressor to find the other turtle and they give up after a while. You will have to make that decision.
