Hey guys!

Rossco has been doing great thanks to all the help here, so thank you all SO much.

I do have a question though, Rossco tucks his legs in his shell when he is basking. Is this normal? I mean, it isn't all the time, maybe 1/3 of the time that I have seen him basking like this.

Thanks :)

Yep that sounds okay, my turts do that too sometimes. One time I caught one of mine and he had all his limbs tucked in and his head was sticking in the water. Looked kinda weird, but hey these are turtles we are talking about, they can be kinda dorky.

Totally normal! Sheba sometimes only has one leg out & the other tucked in too. They find the position that is most comfortable, just like a person sleeping. :)
